About Areno

Experience, Expertise & Transformation

I combine professional coaching credentials, academic knowledge, corporate leadership, and personal experience to help you achieve meaningful change.

Certified Professional Coach

Professional Credentials. Coaching Excellence.

I hold credentials aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), including ACC (Associate Certified Coach) and PCC (Professional Certified Coach) certifications—reflecting rigorous training, adherence to global coaching standards, and a commitment to ethical, client-centered practice.

I am also a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, which enhances my ability to work with thought patterns, language, and behavior—supporting clients in shifting perspectives, strengthening internal alignment, and creating sustainable change.

Alongside these, my work is grounded in a deeply personal spiritual relationship with God—one that informs my presence, anchors my values, and brings depth, compassion, and discernment into every coaching engagement.

Together, this integration enables me to offer coaching that is structured, perceptive, and deeply transformative.

Educational Background

I hold a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Sociology,

which equips me with a strong understanding of human behavior, social systems, and the patterns that influence how individuals think, relate, and make decisions. This foundation enables me to work beyond surface-level challenges and engage with the deeper context shaping a person’s experiences and leadership.

I also hold a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature, which brings depth to my ability to listen, interpret, and engage with complexity. Literature, at its core, is the study of human experience—perspectives, emotions, conflict, and meaning. It has trained me to hold space for multiple viewpoints, recognize underlying narratives, and facilitate thoughtful reflection. This allows me to support clients in articulating what often remains unspoken, reframing their internal dialogue, and arriving at clearer, more intentional choices.

Aligned with ICF coaching principles, I integrate these disciplines

Corporate Expertise

Built by Choice. Refined Through Leadership.

I come from a context where success is often defined by security—where conventional paths are expected and rarely questioned. I chose differently, stepping into the corporate world and building my career in sales—an arena that demands resilience, sharp thinking, and the ability to perform under sustained pressure.

Over 14 years, I progressed from an entry-level role to leadership, working closely with senior business leaders and high-impact decision-makers. I’ve led in environments defined by targets, ambiguity, and constant change—where results matter, but clarity, emotional discipline, and sound judgment matter more.

This journey shaped more than my career—it refined how I think, decide, and lead.

Today, I bring this depth of experience into my coaching—integrating self-trust, strategic clarity, and grounded leadership—supporting individuals to navigate complexity, expand their capacity, and lead with intention in high-stakes environments.

Life Experience

Life didn’t shape me gently—it came through challenge, loss, and responsibility. I chose transformation over comfort, resilience over retreat, and growth even in the presence of fear. Motherhood deepened my clarity and anchored my purpose. At my core is a deeply personal relationship with God that guides and sustains me. Today, I don’t coach from theory—I coach from lived experience, refined into self-trust, spiritual alignment, and grounded leadership.
